This policy covers yorkstudio.io, its contact form, the York Studio Briefing signup, and first-party website analytics.

Information you provide

If you contact York Studio, the site processes the name, email address, enquiry type, and message you submit so the enquiry can be answered. If you join the Briefing, the site processes your email address to manage that subscription.

Service providers

York Studio uses Vercel to host the site and provide privacy-conscious website analytics, and Resend to deliver contact messages and manage briefing contacts when those integrations are configured. Those providers process limited technical or contact data on York Studio's behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Analytics and technical data

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. Server logs may also contain ordinary technical data such as requested URLs, timestamps, browser information, and IP-derived information used for security and operation.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain a legitimate business record, or meet a legal obligation. Briefing contact data remains until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.

Your choices

You may ask what personal data York Studio holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from the Briefing using the link in a message or by emailing York Studio.
